Advertising syndicate HIDALGO entered the top five agencies in the level of service rating Media Index 2013, became a leader in the rating categories “MEDIA SERVICES” and “Pricing policy” as well. HIDALGO became the only Russian media agency presented in the top 10 ranking with the companies such as Media Instinct Initiative, OMD Optimum Media, Viseum, Dentsu-Smart and others.

Rating agencies providing media services was first drawn by AdIndex portal and based on a survey of advertisers. At the same time, it was taken into account such indicators as the quality of services, spontaneous knowledge, interest in cooperation, as well as the financial growth of the market participants.
