I received the email newsletter from the IPA in London this morning. There are a few good items that are worth your time seeing and reading.
First. They launched the call for entries for the 2009 IPA Effectiveness Awards, open only to campaigns with budgets of up to £2.5 million. It is interesting to review the past winners. Second item. A report on the trend of social media and consumer-led networking that raises important issues in how you may address the future of your work. The title of the report is:
"The future of advertising – ad industry should prepare for a consumer-led world or face decline"
Some very good stuff.
