Neuromarketing goes online

This week I was invited at the Ecommerce Gala (Gala Premiilor E-Commerce) to speak about neuromarketing. I did a short overview of the new field, described a couple of case studies and performed a live experiment with the EEG headset, along with a surprise that I will talk more about in a subsequent post in the following days. The morning before the Gala, I was in Amsterdam interviewing Erik du Plessis (Chairman of Millward Brown South Africa and author of two reference books, The Advertised Mind and The Branded Mind) after his lecture on Emotions in Advertising.
