The day before the Taan Worldwide Global Meeting in Las Vegas, we are conducting a one-day workshop that focuses on financial issues within the agency. The content is geared toward CFOs, controllers, bookkeepers, agency leadership, and any senior staff that has financial accountability in the agency.
David Baker, one of the US leading expert consultants in agency management, leadership, and planning, will present two sessions. Succession Planning - a topic focuses on maximizing the value of the agency. The second session evaluates the agency management software that will best align to your agency requirements.
Jim Locatelli, Taan Financial Counsel and and consultant to many small-to-medium independent agencies, will conduct sessions on practical procedures and reporting that will benefit the agency bottom line, and provide valuable insights into the inner workings of the agency business. We will have lively open discussions, time for questions and answers, and plenty of sharing among the group that will improve understanding of agency financial resources, and the performance of the business.
Our closing session will address reporting financial information about the agency work to staff and clients. Our members at DCI will share their very successful approach to sharing the numbers to all.
